Project goal
A company or organisation upgrades its existing management system to meet the requirements of an international DS 3027, HACCP management system.

Methodology
Usually a step by step approach is accepted as a best suitable method and it is "harassing" minimal the normal daily operation. The work is done in seminars and working groups by the organisation itself and conducted and supported by Oy Enemi Ltd.

Outcome
A management system which is certifiable against DS 3027, HACCP -system requirements.
